At last, my own Yemen Mokha roast proves its mettle and, to some degree, my nerdy roasting log. Shots were pulled into the double-walled shot glasses instead of tumblers. Typical triple-stalactite beginnings and a heavily speckled result. Barista's celebratory war dance not pictured for professionalism reasons.
